Felicia Is Back On Board!

Felicia Culotta, Britney's former PA since the early 1998 has joined Team Britney just in time for the Circus Tour. Recently worked for the Jonas Brothers, Felicia said she felt that she had to be apart of this exciting time in Britney's careers.
