Pamela Anderson encountered several wardrobe malfunctions at the Paris Fashion Week while walking the stage with Vivienne Westwood at the conclusion of Westwood's Fall/Winter 2009/10 show.
Pammie was reportedly having the same problem at the rehearsal, flashing the papz as she walked down the runway.
